[Update:] Okay, we ended up not going to the waterfront to watch fireworks. Our group ate hamburgers and potato salad while watching the NYC fireworks on television. And, they were fantastic!

but you still can't say that you don't at all benefit from the affordable wares, and mortgages. would you rather have protected ports, and higher prices or a more rationalized renminbi? good luck blowing up cheaper quality fireworks, i'm sure you and your pinko friends would be yucking up the free enterprise while shaking heads at how SO MANY chinese people are MOVING INTO chinese port cities for the higher wages. false consciousness abound!
