Chinese New Year 2007

The boyfriend and I spent last weekend at the Portland Chinese Gardens to celebrate Lunar New Year (or more popularly referenced to as Chinese New Year).

For me, since it's in February, Chinese New Year is a good time for me to see if I'm following my (regular?) new year's resolutions. My resolution for this year is to forgive and forget everyone for everything. I'm holding so many grudges right now, it's unbelievable. It's really unhealthy... and a waste of time. Nonetheless, it's February, and I'm still holding onto grudges, and still angry about things I have no control over. Sadly, I think I'll just have to leave curing my stubbornness for another year. This year, perhaps I'll try to show the people I love how much they mean to me, every day... somehow.
