The Problem with Working in an Office...

The problem with working in an office with a bunch of ladies is that when one person gets sick, everyone manages to get sick. And, our cycles do sync up! I can think of a number of reasons why germs spread so quickly in offices. It could be the not-so-well ventilated area, the closed environment, the sharing of candies and cookies, or the fact that we spend most of the day in close proximity gossiping about each other. We do all those things amazingly well.

Yesterday, after work, I was suffering from a "sick" delirium. After rummaging through the medicine cabinet, I drank a cup of hot Thera-Flu and stared down the Robitussin-DM directions. Honestly, I could barely read, so I drank a capful of Robitussin and went to sleep.

This morning I realized that a capful is more like 5 teaspoons. Apparently, an adult is only supposed to have 2 teaspoonfuls at a time.

No wonder I feel so wonderful!
