Second to last final's week... I hope!
After I finish writing 1350 words on the relationship between the civil rights movement and the environmental movement during the sixties and seventies (and then, relating that to the current relationship between the domestic policies of the Bush administration and environmental policies), I will have four finals before the FREEDOM of spring break. And, to procrastinate further, I will build a list of hopeful "to do" things during this time.
In no particular order, what I'd like to do Spring Break 2006...1. Evergreen Aviation Museum
2. SPRING CLEANING. "Before" pictures have been taken; Be prepared to be taken back to the days of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle figurines, Carebears, pogs, and DARE stickers!
3. Learn to play the guitar, since I did tell my 11 year-old self I was going to do that back in 1996. It's only fair to her, you know.
4. Oregon Coast Aquarium with Matty (I promised).
5. In July 2004, Thomas promised me a margarita for my 21st birthday, and damnit, I want it NOW.
6. Read one academic textbook.
Six is good for now... Now, back to more essay writing.
