I have several boxes of Betty Crocker's chocolate cake mix. I also have a huge jar of Mayo. Mayo + Chocolate Cake Mix = moist cupcakes? I think so.
SUPER-MOIST CHOCOLATE MAYO CUPCAKES
1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 cup of mayo
1 cup of water
3 eggs
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
Mix it all together. Put mix in cupcake containers. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 minutes. Then, I frosted them and added colorful sprinkles. Be careful with the cinnamon --it's too easy to add too much, and then there is too much of a cinnamony taste.

Wow, that looks pretty sticky and greasy.
Mayonnaise should actually be left to the pro's, us Dutchies so we can drown our fries. :)

Wow, you guys have poor food palettes!
They aren't greasy --it's called frosting that is softly melting to the heat of the cupcakes fresh out of the oven. Yum!
Mayo is just eggs and vegetable oil --typical in many baked goods.
Silly, silly people. There are half a dozens guys that ate those cupcakes that think you're clueless.
