I had no brown sugar but a lot of Adam's Creamy Peanut Butter, so this is the recipe I made up myself. Use at your own risk.
1-1/2 c Unsifted flour
1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Margarine, softened (1 stick)
3/4 c Adam's Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
1 tb Water
1 ts Vanilla
1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1. In small bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
2. In large bowl with mixer at low speed beat together margarine, peanut butter, eggs, water, and vanilla just until blended.
3. Add dry mixture, beat until blended.
4. Stir chocolate pieces into batter.
5. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Flatten slightly with a dry mixture (containing equal amounts of flour and sugar) on the bottom of a glass.
7. Bake in 375 F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
