What is this baton and why are you beating me with it?
Nikita has passed me the 'musical baton.' I don't know who started these batons (there is also a movie one out there), but I smell meme-of-the-year award...
Total volume of music on my computer:
Boyfriend says "about 6-8 GB." (I'm not at home right now)
The last CD I bought:
I like to buy super cheap CDs off of half.com. The last one I purchased was Nickel Creek, 4 months ago.
Song playing right now:
- Wilson Phillips - Hold On
- There is no music playing at work right now, so it's more sad when you realize that this song is playing in my head. And it's been playing in my head for about a month now. Damn you, Harold & Kumar!
Five songs I listen to a lot, or mean a lot to me:
- The Roots & BT - Tao of the Machine
- My boyfriend and I listen to the Blade II Soundtrack whenever we're in the car, because we're cool like that.
- Chemical Brothers - Get Yourself High (with k-os)
- I recommend getting the Singles 93-03 2-disc CD if you like the Chemical Brothers, because it's a fun, energetic not-so-little mix of songs.
- Gorillaz - Feel Good Inc
- I think this is the song I always hear my boyfriend listen to. I used to listen to the Gorillaz a lot when I first started college, but I don't get into them quite as much as he does now.
- Black Eyed Peas - Don't Phunk With My Heart
- Death Cab for Cutie - Passenger Seat
- I love this song. Probably because I am always in the passenger seat. Also, I need a mellow song every now and again.
