This morning on a whim I was an extra for the indie flick, Zerophilia.
The independent feature film is a unique coming-of-age comedy. Matt Radecki, the producer says, "The z chromosome makes you sexually morphise when you are attracted to the opposite sex. So, it's a very funny movie, and our lead character discovers he has it. He falls in love with a girl and finds out he becomes one and vice versa." [MORE]
I just wanted to see if Taylor Handley (Oliver Trask on the OC) was... hot/cute/whatever he is. He's not as pretty as he is on tv. But, then again, who is? I can tell you one thing, without a doubt, this guy smokes the ganja. Yup.
I don't know where this film will end up, but don't watch it for my cameo; All I did was stuff my face. We were at Ambrosia --one of those places where the food is okay, but it's too expensive, so you never go. Yet, when it's free (like when you're an extra for some random movie), I will eat a lot of pasta from midnight until seven in the morning. Oh, it was a lot of pasta. Actually rice and lasagne mostly.
Being an extra is hilarious. You have to pretend to talk. I guess they add the "background" noise in later. So, yeah, the whole time, I'm like mouthing off lyrics to a song because it didn't matter what I was "pretend" saying the whole time. Ha.
Good times. Funny times. Best of times.
