Buying Kitchen Stuff And Avoiding The Neighbors

One thing I did not expect when moving into my own apartment was the amount of stuff I have to buy. Not only do I have to buy essentials like laundry soap, but I have to buy silly things like a paper towel holder --while buying a continually depleting supply of food.

Also, as females, Jenny and I feel the need to make our place look nice. As women, we do have double standards to live up to, you know.

I live amongst the large apartment buildings by the football stadium, about a mile from campus. If you know anything about Eugene, you know I mean University Commons, Duck Village and Chase. And, if you're thinking about moving here, think about it for more than a fleeting second. It is VERY loud Thursday nights, and every other party night. Football days are CRAZY. Cars get broken into. And, sorry, but the guys are trashy and you can't date them. I don't even know if they're housebroken.

I am transfering to University of Oregon, and I want to be all settled in before summer term... but gosh, the neighbors are crazy. I think they sell pot --and I am not even kidding!
