I Am A Genius
Mary often watches me with a silly look on her face while I talk about things I act like I know a lot about.
This is a conversation from a night where we may or may not have been super tired and we may or may not have been on a sugar high. Okay, honestly, I was falling asleep, because it was past 9PM... and I had just eatten a cupcake. Two cupcakes actually. M didn't want hers. (Or maybe this is from a totally different time; I can't remember!)
Me: Korea is like the penis of China!
M: ...
Me: And Japan is like the nasty splat beside it!
M: Okay, honey.
Tonight on the phone:
M: You are one of the smartest people I know. And ditziest!
Me: I just don't think before I talk.
M: You just quoted Jessica Simpson!
I am a genius.
